Submission Guidelines

The International Journal of Legal Studies and Arbitration invites authors to submit manuscripts to Volume II (Issue I) as under the stipulated categories:


1. Long Articles  (4500 - 8000 Words)
2. Short Articles  (2500 - 4500 Words)
3. Case Comments  (1400 - 2500 Words)
4. Book Review/Legislative Analysis/Draft Legislation (1400 - 2500 Words)


An author possesses the discretion to register for more than one category, and there exists no bar on the number of entry submissions. 
The Word Limits are inclusive of Footnotes.
 

 FORMAT GUIDELINES


1. All articles/book reviews submitted should be typed in font Times New Roman with font size 12, line spacing 1.5'; justified.
2. Footnotes cited in the manuscript should be typed in font Times New Roman with font size 10, line spacing 1'; justified.

3. All citations to be made in Bluebook format or the OSCOLA Format. The citation format must be uniform throughout the paper.


REVIEW OF ARTICLES/BOOK REVIEWS

The articles/book reviews submitted for publication in International Journal for Legal Studies and Arbitration should be an original work of the author and should have not been published previously or currently are submitted for publication in any electronic or print media. The author will be responsible for the accuracy of statement of facts, opinions or views stated in the submitted manuscript. In case of any plagiarism found in the contents of submitted manuscript, the manuscript will be rejected. The final discretion as to the acceptance of the manuscripts rests with the Board of Editors of International Journal for Legal Studies and Arbitration.
 

PEER REVIEW
There may be a peer review of each article submitted to the Board of Editors for publications by eminent scholars in the field of law on which the article/book review is focusing as part of the selection process for publication in the forthcoming issue. However, the same is subject to the discretion of IJLSA.

 

COPYRIGHT
The manuscripts published by the International Journal for Legal Studies and Arbitration are the Intellectual Property of the Journal. However, for non-commercial purposes the use of published material is not prohibited. Proper intimation and imprimatur of the Board of Editors is required.

SUBMISSIONS:

Paper can be submitted to this link. Submissions made via any other medium will not be accepted. The Submissions for Vol. II Issue I will be accepted until 10 January, 2023. No submissions after the deadline will be entertained.
